Jack was my 3rd Nephew. Everyone was so excited for his imminent arrival. His mummy (my sister) was due to be induced on Monday 20th January 2003. On the Saturday my mum received a phonecall asking could she have my other 2 nephews as my sister and brother in law were going to the hospital as they'd not felt the baby move. After what felt like days, my mum called me to say my little baby nephew was no longer with us and had grown his wings. The pain was unreal, if my pain was so bad, how much was my sisters and brother in law's? I went to the hospital as they kept her in and induced her, seeing her standing there broke my heart. No mother should ever have to go through this yet here was my sister..... Words weren't enough, I didnt know what to say to her. After a few hours of being there on Sunday 19th January, at 7.15pm baby Jack Sean Patrick Smith made his entrance into this world weighing just 5lb 3oz. He was perfect in every way and quite hard to believe he was gone. When I held him it was like I never wanted to let him go. I said my goodbyes to him and can still see his face in front of me when I close my eyes and think of him. He would be 6 now and still feels like yesterday.
